mmm Pizza
My boyfriend from college, the first man to tie me up, is bringing pizza over for dinner tonight and his new boy-toy is tagging along. A snippet from our conversation:
Ex: “So I asked Chris what he wanted for pizza, and he said the apple-bacon combo.”
Me: “Oh yeah?”
Ex-bf: “Yes. I told him that I thought you might like more standard toppings on your pizza. He said ‘Sam is so vanilla!’”

Listen, I don’t care if it’s vanilla, I’m not eating some damn mealy, semi-baked apple on my pizza. I don’t like apples really at all, but on a pizza it just makes me sad and angry. The same, more or less, goes for bacon. i like bacon. But not on a pizza. I still let them put it on the pizza though because I can let my dog eat it and then he won’t bother me as much while I enjoy pepperoni and sausage.

For what it’s worth… both of the pizzas were super-awesome. Two thumbs up for both of them, but esp. the pork and mango one. YUM.
